Leida Margaretha has been arrested for theft, fraud and forgery, Page Six can confirm.
The “90 Day Fiancé” star, 34, was booked last Friday at Colombia County Jail in Wisconsin.
Her charges include theft in a business setting, fraudulent data alteration, wire fraud against a financial institution and uttering a forgery.
Police in Portage, Wis., told TMZ Monday that they were recently contacted by the owners of the company where Margaretha works, Loggerhead Deco, a glass bottle decorating business.
The owners alleged to cops that Margaretha had made “fraudulent payments and withdraws to several outside business accounts and customers” using the company’s account information.
The officers claimed some victims have reported thousands of dollars missing from their accounts and said Margaretha could face additional charges as they continue their investigation.
Margaretha rose to infamy on Season 6 of the TLC reality show that follows long-distance couples who have three months to get to know each other and marry or risk separation by deportation.
Margaretha met Eric Rosenbrook via an international dating website and moved from Indonesia to the US, all of which was documented and aired in 2018.
Her exaggerated stories and tall tales — coupled with her kicking Rosenbrook’s teenage daughter, Tasha, out of their home — made her one of the biggest villains in series history.
Margaretha and Rosenbrook deleted their social media accounts following blowback for both the shocking parenting decision as well as their controversial political views.
Before getting off the grid, however, Margaretha claimed she and Tasha had made amends.
