Sister Wives: Kody Brown’s Plans To Build For The Family
Building on the Coyote Pass land has been one of Kody’s biggest goals since they moved to Flagstaff. The Sister Wives star even made a presentation for the whole family regarding his plans to build a massive house, which was later changed into four separate lots. Unfortunately, things didn’t turn out as he’d expected. The Covid-19 pandemic hit, limiting his visitations. It also led to his troubles with the wives as they began to feel his absence. However, it seems that there’s still someone hoping for the project to proceed.
During the October 29 episode of Sister Wives, Kody mentioned that Janelle keeps pestering him about Coyote Pass. According to the Wyoming native, he was told by his former second wife that the property would slip away if they didn’t take any action sooner. The Brown family purchased the land in 2018 for $820k. However, they couldn’t start building until the land was paid in full. Aside from the project, Kody Brown is going through a lot of issues with the other wives, making it harder for him to launch the plan.
There has been some progress on the property behind the cameras. According to reports, Kody and Janelle paid off two parcels of Coyote Pass for $340K. It seems that they were able to reach agreements regarding the land amid their split. It’s unclear if it’s going to be featured in Season 18. Records also show that in June Kody, Janelle and Robyn’s Parcels were paid in full. which allows them to finally build.
