90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way couple Julio Moya broke up with Kirsten Schoemaker on episode 9, but a look at his Instagram reveals if they got back together. The professional DJ from New York planned to move to the Netherlands, where his girlfriend is from. Julio had, however, not informed his family, especially his mother, about his decision. Julio met Kirsten while scrolling through Instagram. They chatted online for two months before Julio was off to spend some romantic moments with Kirsten during the coronavirus pandemic, where they spent a week together in lockdown.

Kirsten came to visit Julio in NYC on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 6. Julio planned on revealing his international plans for the future to his mother. Upon learning that his mother wasn’t thrilled with the decision, “momma’s boy,” Julio asked Kirsten if she would be interested in relocating to the U.S. instead. It wasn’t what Kirsten wanted. She wondered if Julio wanted to be with her at all and was making excuses. He dropped Kirsten off at the airport in their last episode together. Julio was supposed to join her three months later. Julio disappointed Kirsten, but she still hoped the relationship would grow stronger.

Julio Postponed His Move To The Netherlands In Episode 9

During the latest episode, Julio mentioned he told Kirsten he was not going to move to the Netherlands. Julio’s mother told him not to leave. She told him it was a difficult time for his brothers, and they needed someone to keep them on a straight path. Julio found being pulled from both sides “difficult.” During their video call, Kirsten asked him why he didn’t think of it earlier. “I messed up,” he confessed. “When the time is right obviously that’s gonna be my end goal,” he told Kirsten, who replied, “I cannot do another year.” Julio didn’t like that Kirsten was “putting a timeline on things.”

Kirsten said, “I don’t think I can now wait because mentally it’s so hard for me.” Julio replied, “That’s one way to look at it, I guess we’ll just end it on that note.” Kirsten was shocked that Julio was giving up on things. She started crying and commented things were “so easy” for Julio. “How do you not know that once we finish this conversation I will go to the bathroom and bawl my eyes out?” said Julio, smiling and laughing while Kirsten was crying. He claimed he wasn’t smiling but was “flabbergasted” and “in disbelief” at her reaction. Julio’s laughing was disrespectful, and Kirsten noticed it.

Kirsten wondered if Julio even had real intentions to spend the rest of his life with her. “I think it’s best for both of us to just, you know, break up,” he told Kirsten. “So let’s end it,” Kirsten replied.
