The 37-year-old reality star took to TikTok to update fans on her ongoing weight loss journey.

Tammy posed for a series of fun selfies which she took in a full-length mirror.

In the first snap, Tammy showed off her choice of outfit for the day, which consisted of a plain black t-shirt, purple checkered trousers and a blue jacket.
